Returns & Exchanges

No refunds will be given on any purchases. All sales are final.  

Returns on Custom Items

House of Kustomz will offer a refund or the option to replace any item(s) for any grammatical errors, were we are at fault.  You will be given 7 days after you receive your purchase to notify us of any grammatical errors.  

Before returning an item, please email us at houseofkustomznc@gmail.com to inform us of your reasoning for your return and a verification photo of the defected item.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Item(s) must be shipped to House of Kustomz, P.O. Box 1492, Elizabeth City NC 27906. A return label will be sent to you to return the defected item(s).

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days. If you wish to have the item(s) replaced the replacement item will be mailed to you once the order has been fulfilled at our earliest convenience. House of Kustomz will provide you with updates on the status of your replacement order.

Late or missing refunds 

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.  If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at houseofkustomznc@gmail.com.

Stolen & Lost Packages

House of Kustomz is not responsible for any stolen and or lost packages that are confirmed to be delivered to the address provided.   House of Kustomz will confirm delivery to the address provided, date of delivery, tracking information, and shipping carrier information for the customer to investigate.
